It is informed that the General Election Expenditure Observer has been appointed under the Palamu district for successful operation and supervision of three-tier Panchayat sub-election 2018 by State Election Commission, Jharkhand, Ranchi. The place and time of meeting with them are marked in column 03. If Candidates and the general public have to give any kind of complaint / suggestion, then they can meet the observers at the scheduled time.
